As estate planning lawyers with more than 25 years of legal experience, the creators of the WillsToTrust automated legal document preparation system stand behind the legal documents you purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of documents through the automated document preparation system, you should contact us within sixty (60) days of purchase.

  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will attempt to satisfy you.
  2. If you believe you made an incorrect choice of two documents- the Traditional Will and Living Trust, we will allow you to change your selection and we will credit your original purchase price to the new choice, within the sixty (60) day purchase period. If the new document is priced less than the original purchase price, we will allow you to switch documents without refund for the difference.
  3. If you are married and purchase either a joint Living Trust or Traditional Will, and you wish to exchange one form, such as a Disclaimer Trust, for another form, such as a Marital Trust, you can do so within the sixty (60) day period.
  4. If we cannot satisfy you, you can return your purchase within the sixty (60) day period and we will refund the purchase price for the automated document services (which does not include fees paid for independent legal services to a network attorney or charges for deed recording expenses).
