  1. Sign on for free and go. There is no requirement to set up an account before you begin, and you are not required to purchase documents just to take a test run.
  2. Answer simple and direct questions, such as your name and family situation.
  3. We don't expect you to know about estate planning so we have tailored instructions throughout to make the process as user friendly as possible.
  4. Depending upon your answers, you may encounter a warning that online automated document preparation is not a good idea in your situation.
  5. The software has been designed to match your answers with typical estate planning documents which are listed for you.
  6. You may select the documents presented through software analysis or choose other alternative documents you prefer based on your own research.
  7. Any documents selected may be prepared online and ready for download immediately.
  8. Rather than choose our automation preparation service, you may select manual document preparation and mail delivery to you as an option (a little more service).
  9. If you prefer to have a lawyer review your factual profile and the documents you select, under a limited scope representation agreement, we offer that option to you as well (some legal service but not full representation).
