Privacy Policy
The lawyers who have designed our automated document preparation system understand the importance of preserving your privacy. The information we seek from our questions and answers format is necessary in order to produce estate planning documents customized to your factual profile. We do not ask for social security numbers or birth dates. Since the process requires accuracy, you must be comfortable with our policy to keep your information private. We will use the information you supply to produce documents you select and for other internal purposes. Only members of the WillsToTrust staff, including customer service personnel, will be able to access the information. In addition, you may choose to have one of our network lawyers review the documents you have selected, as an optional service, and your information will be accessible to such lawyer (as further detailed in our Limited Scope Representation Agreement, in that event). We will not release your information to any other third parties, except a credit card service provider, unless you expressly authorize us to do so. Further, we will not store your credit card information.
