As a condition to using the WillstoTrust.com website, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are engaging in "self-preparation" of legal documents. You acknowledge you have made an informed decision to proceed without a lawyer's assistance and counsel in preparing your estate planning documents. You further acknowledge you are not depending on information of any kind provided on this website, or the legal documents produced through our automated legal document preparation system, as being the equivalent of "legal advice." You acknowledge that WillstoTrust.com encourages you to secure a lawyer's assistance in preparing legal documents, such as documents produced through WillstoTrust.com.
You further acknowledge and agree that use of the WillstoTrust.com website, including, without limitation, the production of legal documents, is provided "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY of any kind, either express or implied, and that neither WillstoTrust.com (which you acknowledge is the business name for WillstoTrust.com, an Estate Planning Business, Inc., a California corporation), nor its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, successors or assigns, shall be liable to you or other third party, including, without limitation, your spouse, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising our of the service and use of the website or information obtained from the website. If you provide information for your spouse, you warrant that you have express permission and authority from your spouse to provide such information, and you further agree to involve your spouse in any decision-making regarding choices to be made during the course of answering questions posed to your spouse on this website. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify WillstoTrust.com for any action you undertake on behalf of your spouse, including answering questions clearly suggesting that your spouse must respond to questions involving a legal right, including, without limitation, naming beneficiaries, successor trustees/executors, guardians for minor children, and to respond to the agreement to proceed with Limited Scope Representation by a lawyer providing services for a married couple, which action by you on your spouse's behalf results in harm, damages or loss to your spouse.
You acknowledge WillstoTrust.com has no obligation to monitor the website and that content may be changed at any time without notice or obligation to any prior use of the site; however, you acknowledge WillstoTrust.com may monitor the site from time to time to access information for use with website users. If you utilize the services of any lawyer identified or located through the WillstoTrust.com website, including, without limitation, Limited Scope Representation by such lawyer, you are agreeing that you are solely responsible for selecting the lawyer and any attorney-client relationship is with the lawyer and not with WillstoTrust.com. Except for the fees posted on the website for Limited Scope Representation by a lawyer to review legal documents produced through the automated legal document preparation system, you are responsible for any fee arrangements made with the lawyer. Any fees posted on the website for Limited Scope Representation will be paid to the lawyer performing the legal services and WillstoTrust.com is acting as a collection agent for such purposes only and use of such service will evidence your permission that the lawyer's fee may be collected from WillstoTrust.com, a third party, for payment to the lawyer. As a condition to utilizing the services of a lawyer identified or located through the WillstoTrust.com website, you acknowledge that WillstoTrust.com is not referring you to such lawyer, and you can choose to use any other lawyer for your legal services. You further acknowledge that WillstoTrust.com is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to your retaining the services of any lawyer located through the WillstoTrust.com website.
